Hello, my name is Osman and I am studying civil engineering at University at Buffalo. I recommend this place to everyone. Let me tell you about my experience. I left my laptop to Michael for repair on Thursday. My laptop's SSD was dead and there was a heating problem. Michael solved it quickly and had my laptop ready in 1 day. He replaced the SSD with a new quality SSD, cleaned my laptop and installed a program for heating problems and explained it to me. He ran stress tests on my laptop and shared the results. Micheal is honest, professional and a good man. He's also a fun person to chat with.
The best place to get your computer repaired. Professional and good price.

Needed to repair my PC after I found out it wasn't turning on the day classes started. Got a call back that it was completely fixed the next day. Wonderful service and extremely reasonable price.

Was able to fix my mom's computer fast and diagnose my laptop fast as well. I needed someone else to do the work because I didn't have time since I was working nonstop doing networking jobs. Highly recommend this place to anyone. You, sir, are now the computer technician's technician! XD

Fantastic business with amazing customer service. I took my laptop to two other places in the last few years with reoccurring issues, it wasn't until I went here that it got solved (within 24hrs too). Mike does a fantastic job explaining the issues and providing options. I would recommend this business to anyone having computer issues.

Boot Issues

My computer would not boot no matter what I tried from all the internet help sites. I sent 6 different messages out to different computer shops in the area. Michael was the only one to message me back with advice. My knowledge of computers is definitely lacking but he was able to give me simple and easy to follow directions to figure out what was possibly wrong with my computer. After only two days of help I was able to boot and use my computer again. He was a life saver! Thank You Again!!

transfer to new computer

I recently purchased a new computer and needed help to transfer (and close) my programs over to the new computer. Having had a positive experience with Mike at MM prior I did not hesitate to take it there. I was told there would be no problem. In a couple days I received a call that it was done and ready for pickup. Everything was explained to me in detail (I am not a tech person!) and away I went. It was also much cheaper than I thought. Everything is great and I'm doing everything I did before. I did experience an additional problem and went back again to have Mike have it resolved in a matter of minutes. I HIGHLY recommend Millennium Microsystems to anyone with any kind of problem. He was patient, very knowledgeable and not out to "break the bank". Thanks again for a great experience

Excellent

I took my wife's laptop in for repair. Originally, the Geek Squad at Best Buy quoted me 200.00 just to look at it and couldn't even guarantee that they could fix the problem. Took it over to Milennium and within 3 days I had the laptop back and working as good as new. The best part was it was on 79 bucks. I will definitely be using Milennium Microsystems in the future. Very pleased.

Flash Drive

Saved my lost data on my damaged flash drive.

Thumbdrive was in really bad shape but was able to fix damaged circuit connection to get drive up and functional to extract data. Glad I could help, Jessica!

Superb Service

I brought my laptop to another shop a few weeks ago and was told my system needed to be reloaded. Seeing I had programs on this computer I no longer have disks for I wanted a second opinion. Several friends of mine referred me to Millennium Microsystems so I took it there. Glad I did as they got my computer running again without losing any data and did not have to reload it back to factory. Not sure what kind of magic they used but they got my future business.

Just Awesome!!

My just over a year old laptop stopped working so I brought it to Millennium Microsystems. They found and fixed a bad update and got me back up running again. I thought I lost all my school work. Thank You 🙂

Fast Service

Brought my computer in on Friday December 18 and got it back fixed and connecting to the internet the following Tuesday. Time Warner tech could not even figure out my issue, but Mike found a proxy setting set by an infection was causing the no net issue.

Life Saver!

They saved my laptop from a evil infection that would not let me log in. I was about to cry as all my school work was on there and I had no way to retrieve it. Mike was able to not only remove the infection blocking me from logging in but also saved my documents I thought were lost. I'm truly grateful for the work they did and will be back with my next problem.

Shitty turn around

I took my laptop to be service at millennium on tuesday and was told I would not have it before thursday and it would most likely be next week when I would get it back. What kind of bs service is this. If it was me I would work through a holiday in order to appease a customer. So I grabbed my laptop and left.

Seriously? I am going to allow this post just to show everyone what type of clients I sometimes have to deal with. Happy Thanksgiving Daren 😀

5 Stars!

6 months ago I brought my laptop to Millennium Microsystems for problems ranging from popups to running slow. They resolved all the problems I was having, installed a free antivirus from Microsoft, made sure I was running the most current windows updates and got my computer running just as fast as the day I bought it. They even advised me on a free office program called Open Office instead of spending a couple hundred on Microsoft office. I've had zero issues since getting my laptop back I would highly recommend them to others.

Superior Service

Took my laptop here back in January and got a fast diagnosis the very same day. They troubleshooted the no power problem to a faulty component on the board. Repaired it and had it the next day. That was nearly 8 months ago and it is still working.

Excellent Service

I took my computer to another shop with a problem loading the desktop. They said only way to fix this issue was to reload the system back to factory. I wanted a second opinion as I had a lot of unfinished web design work on it, so I took it to Millennium Microsystems, they said they have dealt with this problem and should be able to resolve it without reloading. Couple days later I got a call from them stating they fixed the problem and my system once again loads into the desktop. They also fixed a problem with my front USB ports not working. Mike over at Millennium Microsystems said this was a permissions problem most likely caused by a failed or corrupted update. They installed all Windows updates to make sure it did not recur.



I highly recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you guys as you saved my butt.

Highly Recommended

I've gone there several times with at least 4 computers. Repaired, fixed flawlessly every time. In addition, offers some very good advice. As far as I am concerned none better than this man.
