Computer Restore Disc

Sometimes restoring your computer back to manufacturer specifications is inevitable and we know sometimes these discs get lost or misplaced. Luckily, the manufacturer can send you a copy.

Most manufacturers will need your model and serial number to send you the correct discs. Dell will need the Service Tag and Express Service Codes. Generally, you can find the needed information on the bottom or back of your computer. Check under the battery as well.

Choose your manufacturer from the list below and either visit their support site or call them for instructions on ordering.

Effective Monday, September 15th, we will be transitioning to an appointment-only schedule.

 

We will no longer maintain regular office hours and will not be accepting new clients at this time, as our focus will be on supporting our existing client base.

 

During the day (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday), we will not be available in the office or by phone. Our preferred methods of contact will be email and Facebook Messenger. We expect to be back in the office and available between 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday–Friday for scheduled appointments.

 

We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause. Unfortunately, due to a decline in business over the past 10 months—and the lasting impact of the fire that that we never fully recovered from—we have been forced to take on full-time employment outside the business.
